SURPRISE VALLEY’S HISTORY PRESERVING AND SHARING
DONATING ITEMS FOR THE WEBSITE
Should you wish to donate photographs, documents, video or audio files to be put in our website, a SVHPS Data Information Sheet must be filled out for each item submitted.
Process for donating items:
Valley/Modoc residents:
-
If you have a computer, scan the material to jpg at 300DPI using the data sheet and then burn a CD and mail it to: SVHPS, Box 424, Cedarville CA 96104 . If you do want to burn and mail, then scan the photo/material, scan the data information sheets and email everything to
grovedt@mac.com.
-
If you do not have a scanner, then find a volunteer that has a scanner and will do it for you. To get an up-to-date list of volunteers, write a note to SVHPS, Box 424, Cedarville, CA 96104.
-
Or, if you wish to donate the items themselves to SVHPS, mail them to: SVHPS, Box 424, Cedarville, CA 96104 and we will scan and store them for a future museum.
